uu7 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

Clause 1

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a uu7 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. Failure to meet any condition may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any balance.

• ▸You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times when using the platform.
• ▸You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control. You agree that uu7 may use this number for identity verification and account security purposes.
• ▸You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on uu7 or on any responsible gaming register that applies to your jurisdiction.
• ▸Each individual may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• ▸You must not act on behalf of another person or register using another person's identity or payment credentials. All account activity must reflect genuine personal use.

Clause 3

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on uu7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). uu7 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of any specific payment method may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. uu7 does not charge any currency conversion fee or processing markup on BDT transactions conducted via Bangladeshi mobile financial services.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit where technically possible. uu7 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests. uu7 will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

• ▸Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. uu7 reserves the right to change minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
• ▸All deposited funds must be used for genuine gameplay. Deposits made solely to collect a deposit bonus without genuine play intent may be treated as bonus abuse and result in forfeiture.
• ▸Withdrawals may require identity verification (KYC) as mandated by our compliance procedures. You agree to cooperate with all such requests in a timely manner.
• ▸uu7 reserves the right to withhold payment where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

Clause 5

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uu7 platform. Any breach of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities where criminal conduct is involved.

• ✕Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit platform mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage.
• ✕Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus terms.
• ✕Attempting to launder money or use the platform to process proceeds of crime, including using third-party payment credentials or accounts not registered in your name.
• ✕Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing a suspension or ban.
• ✕Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the uu7 platform, including its random number generation systems and game servers.

Clause 9

Amendments, Severability and Contact

uu7 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page. Where a change materially affects your rights, uu7 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and uu7 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. No waiver by uu7 of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
